100km marathon from Falls Creek to Mt Beauty - The Alpine Assault is Australia’s ultimate 100km Mountain Bike race. The race starts at Falls Creek and finishes 100km’s later in Mt Beauty after travelling through the spectacular Alpine National Park. The course has been designed to take in some of the most spectacular Alpine scenery in Australia whilst delivering one of the most challenging single day rides in the country. The Lake Jindabyne Flowing Festival is a combination of Dragon Boat Racing and a Community Market Day.  The 2011 Lake Jindabyne Dragon Boat Challenge will be held on Sunday 20th February and looking to be the biggest yet. The Challenge is open to corporate, charity, novice, sports, juniors and your crew. No previous experience is necessary as training is provided on Saturday afternoon for all teams. All equipment will be provided and experienced helms will steer your boats.
